gardens.

After researching and building his first pond he found many flaws
with the advice and flaws with many of the pond systems available at the
time. He was determined to find the right way to properly build
ponds and find a filter system you didn’t have to
completely take apart a few times a week to clean out. After a
few years with a lot of experimenting on his own
pond and a lot of
advice from people in the pond community, he has found many systems
that work. Today he is a very sought after pond installer. With
his knowledge and his expertise he has no trouble building the
best state of the art koi ponds and water gardens. Darren is Mid Atlantic Koi Club
Koi Person of the Year for 2002. He has also been a guest lecturer
at many different events including Koi
America 2003 in August. Darren is often writing articles
about ponds and guest lectured at local colleges in 2006.
